WHISTLE #038: HARVEY Harvey is his name. Harvey wants to be Crossing Guard to the Stars. That is, when he is old enough to cross the street himself. Someone has to keep the celebrities in his town safe, right? And everyone knows it's very dangerous to cross the street without looking both ways. He's learning all about traffic patterns and lights and cool reflective safety uniforms. It's gonna be great.
