The following Terms and Conditions apply to retail buyers in the Continental United States and are subject to change at any time. Information about ordering and shipping for wholesale accounts, while quite similar, is on a separate page.

Note that for buyers outside the United States, different terms will be in effect for shipping costs, estimated times, as well as for policies concerning returns and exchanges. These differences will be discussed individually with buyers after the application procedure is complete.




Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on custom made items. Items in stock will ship sooner.

These shipping estimates apply to orders placed by buyers in the Continental United States, but are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to hold closely to these expected shipping times. However, depending on volume, some orders may ship later. Buyers will be notified of the most accurate shipping dates if changes are required.



Buyers wishing to pay with credit cards or debit cards will be processed through this site via Stripe, SquareSpace's ecommerce processor. Note that buyers DO NOT need to have a Stripe account to order from this site. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Exchanges, and Refunds, and Replacements of damaged goods

CAREFUL PACKING FOR RETURNS. Regardless of the reason for the return, buyer is required to carefully pack merchandise for return shipping. Marc Mancuso Design will replace any items damaged in shipping, and will pay for return shipping costs. Replacement merchandise will be shipped at a time agreed upon by both parties..

Buyer must request prior authorization before return shipping within 7 days of delivery and use the correct form for information. After authorization, buyer returns must ship within 2 weeks unless other arrangements have been made.  Unauthorized returns received by Marc Mancuso Design will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

EXCHANGES. Exchanges of undamaged goods for different merchandise or for refund will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. It is important that the buyer discuss any priorities they may have about consistency of color or size prior to ordering. I make an effort to accurately describe the level of variation in handmade products so that buyers have a reasonable expectation of consistency.

RETURNS. Returns of individual undamaged works for refund may incur a restocking fee. Fully cancelled orders are subject to an additional 15% fee. Any refunds will be processed after merchandise is received in accordance with the terms outlined here.

DAMAGED GOODS. Upon receipt of shipment, buyer should immediately inspect goods and make a note of any and all damages and/or shortages discovered.
